There’s a health problem for freelancers who work from home: they often start to pile on the pounds. This is typically because they tend to move around less and eat more than they did when they went out to work. After all, when you’re at home, you’ve got constant access to food and the temptation to eat more often during the day. And many home-workers lose any pattern to their mealtimes and don’t want to spend time making healthy breakfasts and lunches just for one.

As the voice of freelancing, the PCG asked me for my tips to avoid this problem. As a home worker myself and a dietitian at that, I was happy to oblige. Food for thought
